Found this yummy recipe and need to keep it! I ate it with pecans and have not baked it yet. I just ate the mix, cooked in the microwave with milk!
Mix:
4 cups Old fashioned oats
2 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 cups raises or craisens
2 cups chopped nuts
mix above ingredients together and store in a container.
To Prepare:
when ready to make, ADD:
1 cup of oatmeal mix (see above)
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup chopped Apple
bake 350F for 30-35 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
